10 St Anns Lane is a seven-bedroom house share in a desirable area of Headingley. For just £130.99 per person per week, you will have all your bills (including high-speed wifi and gardening) included, along with a fully furnished bedroom and all the communal amenities you could need!

 


10 St Anns Lane is a well-presented semi-detached property with driveway and front and back gardens, perfect for hosting summer BBQ’s with your friends! The property is situated just a short 10-minute walk from Headingley train station, and a 13-minute walk to Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park. Fancy a quick bite to eat but don’t want to travel far? You are a short 5-minute walk from the renowned café- Sound Bites. If you want to check out the charity shops, within 15-minutes you can be in the heart of Headingley high street. Need to get to uni? You are just a 15-minute bus ride, which will drop you off right on the universities’ doorstep!

Our second student house share is a seven-bedroom flat in Hyde Park, directly opposite Woodhouse Moor. Priced at just £132.99 per person per week, all bills are included, and the property is fully furnished to a high standard. 

 


This fantastic flat is situated in a great location on Hyde Park Road, and if you have any questions during your tenancy, you’re only down the road from our Hyde Park office! Flat 1, 205 Hyde Park Road is directly opposite the renowned park, Woodhouse Moor, providing the perfect location for your summer picnic or study sessions with friends. You won’t be short on cafés or bars either, being on the cusp of both Hyde Park and Burley. Your walk to uni will be brief, as you are situated less than a 10-minute walk from the University of Leeds. Or if you’ve slept in, you can hop on one of the many busses that travel past to make sure you get to your lecture on time. Looking for something to do on an evening? You’re just up the road from the world famous Brudenell Social Club, where you can find the next up and coming artist perform along with grabbing some cheap food and drink.
