When we opened our doors for the first time in January 2008, our mission was to revolutionise student lettings in Leeds with our freshness in approach both to customer service standards and the tired old business model. We were the first letting agency in Leeds to offer an ‘all inclusive’ living package with all bills included in the rent. Our innovative approach and forward thinking quickly became popular with students and resulted in all inclusive renting being adopted by the wider lettings industry. Rentinc was recognised for its excellent quality of service by being awarded the runner up certificate to the ‘Best Managing Agent Awards 2012’ by the Leeds University Union.
