We appreciate how stressful it can be finding your perfect pad and due to our extensive experience in the student market we can ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

We have a diverse range of properties in the most popular student areas, and to make things as simple as possible the properties have been split into four price brackets - £75, £79.50, £85, £89.50.

We can transport you to view as many properties as you wish and once you’ve found the one that ticks all your boxes, the signing up process is quick and straight forward. We require no deposit and no admin fee. All we require you to do is complete the relevant paperwork within a three week period and then your holding deposit of £125 (per person) will be refunded. The rent will then need to be paid either monthly or quarterly. And that’s it!

You pay the rent and we take care of the rest…
